Gilbert Gonzales is the Sales Promotion Manager for the Western Region of the Cutco/Vector Marketing sales organization. His history with the company dates back to 2004 when he started as a Sales Rep in Southern California. Gilbert was in the National Top 20 twice as a Branch Manager, then a top performer as a District Manager for over 3 years before being tapped for the Sales Promotion Manager position. SPMs in the company have a truly special role in which they get to recognize the past, shape culture in the present, and help people see a bright future with the company. Gilbert’s range of experiences and skills make him ideal for this role, and he truly does great work.

Great Ep. I like when Gilbert talked about in this company rather than just encouraging people toward their goals and saying they can do it. We break down their goals, make it tangible, then help them commit to the work. Also encouraging our Leadership to do the things we want to outside of Cutco and that makes us a better Leader as well.
